- All reservations are subject to the hotel acceptance which will be confirmed by fax or email.
- Check-in time at 2.00pm & check-out time at 1200 noon.
- Request for early check-in will depend on room availability.
- Late check-out after 2.00pm will be charge RM35.00 net per hour.
- No charge for children under 12 years old sharing the same room with parents (Maximum 2 Children)
- Guaranteed reservation will not be sold. In the event of no show, one (1) night room charge will be levied and borne by the guarantor.
- Online room rates are applicable for advance booking, which must be made 48 hours before the actual date of arrival.
- No cancellation is allowed for online room rates. Changing of date is permitted, which must be made 48 hours before the actual date of arrival.
- Special rates are available for group booking, changing of date is permitted, which must be made 7 days before the actual date of arrival. No cancellation allowed.
